The sterno-mastoids were strongly contracted and markedly prominent 011 either side of her neck ; her head was constantly drawn down 011 to her chest, as though she were struggling to swallow her saliva; breathing was gasping in character; words very high pitched; arms constantly thrown about. When asked to put out her tongue, she jerked it out violently; it was drv and coated with dark yellowish white fur.
